Every New Year, many of us sit down to set goals for the next 365 days! But are we setting holistic goals? Are the goals we are setting making us a better person in various spectrums of life or is it very focused in one area? Example: is your goal only to lose weight? or to just get better grades?
Below are six primary areas of life where one can set goals for 2020. I highly recommend setting three goals per area and then selecting ONE BIG GOAL from these goals for the year.
Financials/ Career/ Business
Health/ Appearance Goals
Personal Goals (other than health and appearance goals)
Making a difference/ Contribution/ Community
At this moment, just write down around three goals per area..what ever comes to your mind.
